Yes. However there are a few things to keep in mind. We cannot guarantee color matching. Most logos are produced in white anyway. If your logo is going to be placed on glass we suggest using white. White and lighter colors are generally more visible on glass and have a stronger dominance. We request that you provide us with a high quality image of your logo for production, preferably a vector file.
We accept many different forms of payment, such as:
We do not accept checks or money orders.
Standard orders typically ship out within 5 - 7 business days while Priority orders typically ship out within 2-4 business days and Rush orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Though these are normal shipping times many orders will ship sooner. In some rare cases orders may ship later than expected. If an order ships out later than expected you should be notified of a delay.
NOTE: Rush shipping is not available on large quantity orders or temporary tattoo orders. The production process takes longer than rush order estimate. If you selected rush shipping for a large quantity order or temporary tattoo order you should have been contacted by one of our customer support reps and refunded the difference in shipping costs.
To estimate when you will get your order consider the following: If you place your order on a Wednesday during the middle of the day then your first full business day would be Thursday and would be considered day 1. Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays do not count as a business day. In our example lets say you selected Standard shipping. So Thursday was day one, Friday would be day 2, the following Monday would be day 3 and so on. If you continue counting the days up the tenth day is the day you should receive your order. If you don't receive your order by day eleven then we suggest giving us a call. You should receive a shipping confirmation email withing 2 or 3 days from the time you would expect your order.
All three shipping methods have tracking codes. These tracking codes will show you where your order is in the shipping process. When your order ships out our system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. Your tracking code can be found within that email. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email and you believe your order should be arriving within 1-2 business days please feel free to give us a call. If you have additional questions about the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes, we can ship to a different address than your billing address. However, for your safety, if your order is more than $100 we may contact you, to verify that your order is correct.

Yes, most certainly! We would never create a product for your enjoyment that may harm you or someone you know. All of our temporary tattoos are made from FDA approved materials and have gone through various tests to ensure your safety. The only pain you may experience would be from applying one to a hairy part of your body and then ripping it off... we don't advise doing this though... it hurts!

No, at least not that we have seen. The adhesive on the back of our stickers and decals are designed for application to cars and windows for at least five years. Depending on your car's finish, at the end of five years you should not notice any fading of color. When you go to remove it you should not notice any defects due to the sticker/decal or magnet. We do however recommend that you check out our how to section to review the best method to removing your sticker/decal.
Yes. This isn't something that you need to worry about, but we understand that some people are apprehensive about placing a bumper sticker on their vehicle in the first place. To reassure you that our stickers and decals are safe and wont ruin your cars finish, we have provided an easy to follow video demonstrating the proper way to remove your sticker or decal from your car or other surface.
There truly is a difference between a sticker and a decal; however, on our site we refer to them essentially as the same thing. Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to this question. According to StickyLife.com a sticker is a single, flat, solid, uniformed paper or vinyl with an adhesive backing and a graphic that communicates a particular message to a given audience. Whereas a decal is basically the same thing as a sticker but may not be a single piece and requires some form of transfer paper, on the top side (graphic side), that helps maintain a specific layout. We don't differentiate between the two (sticker/decal) because you just want your sticker or decal to look the same way you designed it with our Design Tool, and don't need to be bothered by the specifics. So we just do what is best for our great customers based on their design and won't bother you with the details. Maybe we should coin the term "stical" or "decker" ...?
The lifespan of any of our products is as short or long as the products' caregiver allows. If someone designs a customized license plate and places it on their bedroom wall as decoration, it will last a whole lot longer than if someone actually put it on their car. Average lifespan of our stickers and decals are 5 years based on the adhesive on the backside. We have had many last even longer.
The life span of our temporary tattoos depends on the person wearing them and where they wear them. If you were to apply our temporary tattoos to something other than skin the tattoo may last for years without degradation. The adhesion of a temporary tattoos is between the image and the skin, and as everyone knows, skin dies off and people perspire, which will cause a temporary tattoo to lose it's adhesive property. Our tests have shown that the average life expectancy for our temporary tattoos is 4 to 5 days and sometimes will last up to a week or a week and a half. Of course you can remove tattoos at any time. For more information about removing one of our temporary tattoos, please check out our temporary tattoo video.
Yes. All of our vinyl letters, stickers, and decals are waterproof and can withstand most weather scenarios.
You can apply StickyLife.com stickers, decals, vinyl lettering, and temporary tattoos on nearly any hard, smooth, and clean surfaces you want. We DON'Trecommend putting them on fresh paint (fresh paint = less than 2 weeks old) or on anything rough, dirty, or hairy.
Typically, it's not a good idea. Depending on shape it may be okay, but we cannot guarantee the life of the sticker or decal after removal. Some shapes should not be removed, unless it's intended for disposal. Example shapes that should not be removed: stars, seals, tennis rackets, golf clubs, hearts, spades, etc. Some shapes that might be okay for removal and replacement might include: circles, squares, footballs, speech bubbles, tennis balls, hockey pucks, etc. In general, most stickers will not be able to be reapplied.
We can create vinyl letters up to 60" (5 feet) tall. Please contact us for a custom quote on large lettering.
For help designing any of our products, please feel free to check out our tutorials section where you will be able to watch short videos that cover our various design tools.
Though we have billions of combinations and options available, there still a lot of colors and styles of vinyl material out there we can use. What you see on our website is only a small handful of colors that have been chosen based on frequency of use. If you are looking for a color, shape, size or something else in particular that you haven't found on our site please feel free to drop us an email with your ideas at email@example.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate your requests.
It depends on if you're working with us directly or if you're designing your own with our Design Tool. If you're working with us directly we will always ask for a vector file for all your artwork, if possible. If it is not possible then a high resolution image will work. If you're working with our Design Tool you can upload any raster image (jpg, jpeg, png, gif) Please do not upload any files larger than one megabite. We have a variety of methods available to produce your customized product.
Raster files are made up of tiny squares, known as pixels. The appropriate pixels are filled in to represent a design's lines and arcs. The quality of a raster file is measured in DPI (dots per inch). In order for us to use a raster file, the file must be at least 300dpi. We cannot enlarge an existing raster file without losing some of its graphical quality.
A vector file, on the other hand, is a file whereby lines and arcs are stored as vector coordinates. This means that vector files are made up of precisely defined entities, each with its own beginning and end, rather than lumpy groups of pixels as found in raster files. Vector files can be enlarged and manipulated without losing any graphical quality.
Yes, you can. If you can think it you can make it at StickyLife.com. Your creativity is truly the only thing holding you back!
Yes there are several programs out there that can convert your raster image into a vector image. Unfortunately, they produce files that are very rough and usually require rebuilding. There is not a simple way to convert a raster image into a vector that does not involve labor in cleaning the image to ensure high quality.
Yes, it would be our pleasure to help you with that process. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org include your photo/image that you would like converted and we will email you back with a quote to convert your image/photo into a vector image. Please keep in mind that no photo converted into a vector file will ever look the same, in fact it will become somewhat cartoonish in appearance.
How To Questions
In order to appropriately apply any of our vinyl decals we recommend that you first clean the surface thoroughly. Be sure to use a cleaner that is free of perfume and color tinting ingredients. We have accessories to help make the application process smoother. Please check out our accessories department for more details. Once the surface is cleaned, allow it to dry and then respray the surface with our application solution or a 50/50 blend of water and isopropyl alcohol solution. Be sure to also spray the back of the vinyl decal. Yeah, we know sounds silly; why would you spray the sticky part of the sticker/decal? Our decals are made with a solvent based adhesive. The application fluid or water/alcohol will NOT breakdown the adhesive properties. If our decals were made with water based adhesive you wouldn't want to use the wet application method.
Once both sides are wet you can now position your sticker, decal, or static cling to the surface. Having both sides sprayed will allow you to slide your vinyl product around and into the ideal position. When you have it in the correct location, hold the product in place with one hand and then use a firm squeegee (also for sale in our accessories department) to remove the excess solution. Wait a few minutes for the remaining solution to dry up. Then slowly peal back the transfer paper.
If you received a sticker from us and it does not have a transfer paper do not worry you just won't perform that step. By using the solution and squeegee you will not only be able to position it with better accuracy, but you will also be able to remove virtually all air bubbles that may occur when applying new vinyl products.
The best way to explain this would be to watch our short how to video that covers removal of vinyl products.
A wet application is the best way to prevent bubbles from appearing under your stickers, decals, or vinyl letters. To learn more about doing a wet application watch our applying vinyl stickers and decals video. If you've already applied your sticker or decal and you need to figure out how to remove the bubbles, then please watch our removing bubbles after application video. And shame on you for not watching our how to apply video first, haha.
