Custom QR code stickers
QR code stickers work exactly like our other custom stickers, with one addition, a scannable code that sends customers straight to a link you choose. Businesses use them to drive reviews, share menus, promote discounts, or connect packaging to a digital experience. Upload your QR code as part of your design, then use our design tool to position it, choose your size and shape, and build the rest of your sticker around it. From there, everything works the same as our standard custom stickers. Pick your size, shape, and quantity, and we print and ship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to upload my own QR code?
Yes. Please generate your QR code using any QR code generator or your POS/menu system, then upload it as an image file. Once uploaded, our design tool lets you position, resize, and build the rest of your sticker design around it.
Will the QR code still scan if I resize the sticker?
Yes, as long as the code itself keeps enough contrast and is not stretched out of proportion. We will flag this during file review if a size choice puts the code at risk.
Can I use one QR code sticker design across a batch, or does each need to be different?
Most customers use one QR code across their full order since it usually points to one link. If you need multiple unique codes in a single order, let your rep know so we can set that up correctly.
What surfaces work best for QR code stickers?
Any clean, smooth surface works well, packaging, tabletops, storefront glass, or product labels. Avoid heavily textured or curved surfaces where the code could distort.
How small can my QR code be and still scan?
We recommend keeping the QR code area at least 1 inch by 1 inch for reliable scanning. Smaller codes may not scan consistently on all phone cameras, especially from a distance.
