The StickyLife Community Spotlight (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by StickyLife, an HC Brands company, located at 2021 St Augustine Rd E, Suite 5, Jacksonville, FL 32207 (“StickyLife,” “we,” “us,” or “Sponsor”).

2.No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

3.Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

Are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia;
Are 18 years of age or older; and
Are authorized to submit an entry on behalf of an eligible group (a school, PTA, club, sports team, scout troop, nonprofit, booster club, faith group, animal rescue, esports program, or similar community organization) based in the United States.

Employees of StickyLife and HC Brands, and their immediate family members and households, are not eligible to win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4.Promotion period and selection frequency

The Promotion runs in recurring entry periods and is conducted in two phases. All times are Eastern Time (“ET”).

Weekly Phase. The Weekly Phase begins July 31, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends September 18, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. During the Weekly Phase, one (1) winner is selected per weekly entry period. Each weekly entry period begins Friday at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends the following Thursday at 11:59:59 PM ET, except that the final weekly entry period ends September 18, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET and may be one day longer than the other weekly periods.

Monthly Phase. Beginning September 19, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET, the Promotion transitions to monthly entry periods and continues on an ongoing basis until Sponsor ends it. During the Monthly Phase, one (1) winner is selected per monthly entry period. The first monthly entry period begins September 19, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Each subsequent monthly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on the last day of that calendar month at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Entries received during a given entry period are eligible for that period’s selection only and do not carry forward to subsequent periods unless Sponsor states otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the entry period schedule, selection frequency, or duration of the Promotion, or to suspend or end the Promotion, at any time and to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

5.How to enter

During any open entry period, visit the Community Spotlight page and complete the entry form in full, including all required fields and the required agreement to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per group, per entry period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Automated, robotic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void.

6.Bonus entry

Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry for the applicable entry period by following StickyLife on Instagram and TikTok and indicating so on the entry form. The bonus entry is optional, requires no purchase, and is available at no cost. Sponsor may verify a follow at its discretion and reserves the right to disregard a claimed bonus entry it cannot verify. Maximum two (2) total entries per group, per entry period.

Liking or commenting on a social media post does not constitute an official entry. The only method of official entry is submission of the entry form described in Section 5.

7.Email subscription

By submitting an entry, you consent to be added to the StickyLife email list, effective upon submission of your entry. You will receive marketing communications from StickyLife, which may include product news, promotions, offers, and Community Spotlight updates. This consent is a condition of entry and is disclosed on the entry form.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any StickyLife marketing email, or by contacting us at info@stickylife.com. Unsubscribing will not affect the status or eligibility of an entry already submitted, and will not disqualify a group from being selected.

Welcome offer. Upon subscribing, you will receive a one-time 10% discount code toward a StickyLife order. This offer is available to all entrants, is not contingent on being selected as a winner, and is subject to the terms stated with the code, including any minimum order, product exclusions, and expiration date. It may not be combined with other offers.

8.How the winner is selected

One (1) winner will be selected per entry period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

9.Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry, generally within one (1) to two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide artwork or shipping information needed to fulfill the prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, does not respond, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

10.Prize

Each winner will receive the following, collectively the “Prize”:

200 custom stickers featuring artwork chosen by the winner, subject to Sponsor’s standard production capabilities, size and material options, content guidelines, and design assistance;
A social media feature highlighting the winning group across StickyLife social channels; and
A 15% discount code toward a future StickyLife order, issued to the winner after the winner receives their 200 custom stickers. The code is subject to the terms stated with it, including any minimum order, product exclusions, and expiration date, and may not be combined with other offers, including the welcome offer described in Section 7.

Approximate retail value of the Prize: $97.00, based on the standard retail price of 200 custom 2" x 2" stickers. The value of the 15% discount code varies depending on the size of the winner’s future order. The social media feature has no cash value. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any element becomes unavailable. The winning group is responsible for providing usable design artwork and a valid U.S. shipping address. Artwork must comply with Sponsor’s content guidelines and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

11.Publicity and content consent

Public recognition is part of the Prize. By entering, and particularly if selected as a winner, you grant StickyLife permission to use your group’s name, the information you submit, your city and state, logos or images you provide, and the winning group’s likeness, in connection with the Promotion and for StickyLife marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across social media, email, and our websites, without further notice, compensation, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Where a winner elects to host StickyLife on site for photography or video, any content captured may be used by StickyLife for the purposes described above. You represent that you have the right to share any names, images, logos, or information you submit, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any person or organization. For any individual appearing in content who is a minor, you confirm that appropriate consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian.

12.Privacy

Information collected through entry is used to administer the Promotion, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and send marketing communications as described in Section 7. Information is handled in accordance with the StickyLife privacy policy.

13.General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entry it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsporting manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

14.Release of liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless StickyLife, HC Brands, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.Platform disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X. Any information you provide is provided to StickyLife, not to those platforms.

16.Governing law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
