What sign sizes do these stakes support?
These stakes are designed to pair with our 4mm corrugated plastic yard signs. The frame opening is 10" wide, which is the standard fit for most corrugated signs sold through StickyLife. If you are ordering a corrugated sign from us, these stakes are built to work with it. Check your sign dimensions against the 10" frame width before ordering stakes for signs purchased elsewhere.
Are these sold individually or in pairs?
Yard Sign Stakes are sold individually. Most standard yard signs require one stake per sign. Select the quantity you need based on how many signs you plan to display.
Will these stakes work in Florida soil?
Generally yes, as long as the ground is soft or loose. Florida sandy soil is actually a good match for these stakes. Avoid areas with packed shell, limestone, or rock just below the surface, which are common in parts of South Florida. If the ground is too hard to push the prongs in by hand, these stakes are not the right fit for that location.
How do I install a yard sign onto these stakes?
Push the two prongs firmly into soft ground at your desired location. The 8" prongs go into the soil and the frame rails above the surface hold your sign. Slide the corrugated sign down onto the top rails of the frame from above, slipping the rails through the corrugated channels in the sign. The sign sits on top of the frame once fully seated. No tools, tape, or fasteners are needed.
How many times can I reuse these stakes?
These are a light duty option and are intended for short term use. Most customers get a few uses out of each stake before the wire starts to bend or weaken.
