Every vinyl application has it's own unique challenges. Though we try to make application as easy as possible, we also understand that sometimes you just want the best of the best with little room for error. Use these vinyl application products below as a way to help streamline your custom sticker and decal experience. We personally use many of these kinds of products here at our corporate office when applying our own vinyl decals and stickers.
Soft Felt Squeegee
The softness of our felt squeegees is ideal for vinyl application. Using hard plastic squeegee will sometimes have small plastic burs that can sometimes cause surface scratches during application. The felt material will soften the surface contact with your vinyl material and help ensure a professional job.
3M Squeegee
These plastic squeegee's help improve success in applying your vinyl decal to your car window, bumper, or other clean smooth surface. When using the wet application method a soft flexible squeegee like this one will help remove air pockets and application fluid under the decal for professional results.
Silver Nylon Squeegee
This nylon squeegee's is not as flexible as the 3M Gold squeegee but is still does a great job. When using the wet application method a soft flexible squeegee like this one will help remove air pockets and application fluid under the decal for professional results.
Plastic Vinyl Squeegee
This plastic squeegee works well with transfer tape covered vinyl letters and decals. The plastic edges can sometimes be rough and may contain small burs that will on occasion scratch the vinyl. All of our vinyl letters and most of our vinyl decals will ship with a transfer tape that helps protect the vinyl from scratches and in turn makes this a great bargain squeegee.
Little Chizzler
The Little Chizzler is ideally meant for vinyl removal but there is no reason it couldn't also be used for application. This little tool is shorter than our other squeegees and has a very had edge. We only suggest this tool for application if your decal is covered with transfer tape, the surface you're applying to is completely flat, and if you're really trying to save some money.
