Orders can be canceled prior to production. We may also cancel your order if we do not hear from you within 50 days. Orders are sometimes placed on hold for various reasons. Read below to learn more about why your order may have been placed on hold and what we do about it.
Customer Requested Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled by the customer any time BEFORE production occurs. Once the order has been produced we cannot restock the material or get the labor back from your order. After this point we cannot cancel the order for any reason.
If you need to cancel your order, please give us a call as soon as possible at 1-800-356-8904. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p, EST. The sooner you give us a call, the faster we'll be able to pull your order from production and begin the cancellation and refund process.
Admin Order Cancellation
It is very important that when placing your order that you provide us with an email address that you check often and a valid phone number. Orders may be placed on hold for various reasons. When an order is placed on hold we do everything we can to contact the customer about the reason their order was placed on hold to see what can be done to fix the issue. If your email is incorrect or your phone number is not valid or we cannot leave you a voicemail for any reason then it becomes very difficult to contact you about your order. 50 days after your order was placed, if we still have not heard back from you, we will automatically cancel your order and provide a full refund.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. Because we strongly believe in the Freedom of Speech, Self Expression and the right to Creativity we will do everything we can to honor every order but we will not honor orders that promote messages of hate or violence. If an order contains these kinds of designs we will promptly cancel the order, provide a full refund and ask you to kindly take your business elsewhere.
