Design Tip: Keep your dog tag design simple. Many people forget that the printable space on each dog tag is only about 1"x2" in size. Small amounts of text, such as someone's initials, works the best. Though you can design your own dog tags using any one of our 36 different colors, white and black text looks the best with colored backgrounds. Uploading your own logo, graphics, or personal photos is another great way to personalize your custom dog tags, however try not to add text and photos together. Using both makes the design too busy and the result is a cluttered design.
